One thing also that is needed to be considered is the shoe grip. If the shoes that are being used do not have much grip, it may end up on an injury also because of constant movement. However, having a pair of shoes with too much grip still would cause restricted movements. For quicker movement, what is needed is a pair of shoes that both have good grip and can slide. Imagine how hard it is using a pair of table tennis shoes where you need to lift up every time you are going to make any movement.
The nets used for this game are also regulation size. The measurement of the nets should not be more than or even less than six inches high. The net is roped and tied on both sides on a tennis clip and is strung to extend 15.25 cm or six inches on each side beyond the table.
